Alison Bowles is a traveler at heart. She’s been to a lot of countries over the years, and she’s talked about most of her experiences in her blogs. She even shares travel guides and tips to budding travelers on her website. Alison works with tourism boards and hotels to promote the various locations that she goes to.
Not only is she a travel blogger, but Alison Bowles is also a thriving model who has graced the pages of Maxim Australia, earning herself a feature and an interview. Alison aims to challenge the typical industry standards of modeling where women need to be really skinny and tall to even be taken seriously in the industry.
With her height of 5’3”, Alison Bowles aims to empower all the petite women out there by letting them know that their dream should never die just because some people said so. Alison is pushing the boundaries and is challenging the industry’s perspective regarding petite women everywhere. Not every model has to be 5’8” in height, and Alison is a true testament to that.
When she’s not too busy with her modeling career, Alison Bowles manages to travel to many different countries such as Antigua and Barbuda, Toronto, London, Paris, Cuba, Thailand, and Amsterdam. Her blog is followed by hundreds of thousands of people, along with her Instagram account, which has over 138,000 followers and is growing day by day.
Alison Bowles sells the presets she uses to edit her photos. She also is a part of two thriving business ventures called Slay Miami and Lacy Coe. Just mere minutes away from Miami Beach and Wynwood Miami, Slay Miami is a convenient and affordable place to de-stress and be pampered. It is the first-ever CBD sports recovery center in America. The expert staff at Slay Miami serves its clients every day for all their beauty and wellness needs.
While Lacy Coe is an online fashion boutique that has a wide selection of apparel, accessories, and beautiful swimwear, as a budding entrepreneur, Alison Bowles knows what her customers want, so she delivers only the highest quality products and services that she could offer.
At the age of 22, Alison Bowles was diagnosed with skin cancer. She fought her way through most of it and had successful surgery in the process. After becoming a cancer survivor, Alison has dedicated a lot of her time and energy to establishing her own non-profit organization called YOUv Radiance. The non-profit aims to radiate a new light on skin cancer by spreading awareness and educating people about the disease.
All donations that are made to YOUv Radiance go toward The Skin Cancer Foundation. The organization hopes to completely prevent deaths that are related to skin cancer. They will do this through education, awareness, research and providing free screenings all over America.
It’s clear to see that Alison Bowles is more than anything that is set on defining her. She is a multi-disciplinarian who has succeeded in various efforts. Alison is an empowered woman who seeks to inspire other petite women through her modeling career and everything she does. She hopes to inspire others into knowing that pursuing one’s dreams should never be defined by what other people say. Alison continues to prove that people can achieve whatever they want through hard work and sheer determination. Find out more about Alison Bowles by following her on Instagram.
