Eric Leopardi: Merging Experience and Expertise in Marketing

Being a good marketer does not always guarantee success. To be an excellent one privileged enough to work with the biggest companies is perhaps everyone’s dream. The road may not always be smooth, but it shouldn’t stop one who chases after a goal.

For Eric Leopardi, his 25 years of experience has seasoned him to create a respectable name in the business. At an early age, he was exposed to the ins-and-outs of both the entertainment and the advertising industries. Eric worked as a child actor, working on TV, Print, and radio campaigns for big brands. Among them were Kroger, United Dairy Farmers, Tide, and Paramount’s Kings Island.

Having that discipline and work ethic early on in his career has led Eric to pursue greater things. In 2010, he launched his own marketing agency, The Micc Group. The company focuses on web design and digital marketing. Eventually, The Micc Group added more features for its growing clientele. This includes world-class video production, sports & media marketing, content distribution, TV & radio advertising, retail distribution, and media planning and buying. They have also ventured into Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and other ancillary functions.

Driven by its hard working founder, Eric, The Micc Group scored major marketing campaigns for the most popular companies today. Eric is routinely recognized as an invaluable asset by his clients, which included NBC / Universal, NFL, NBA, PGA Tour, Lexus, Honda, and many more notable companies. Eric has also taken part and succeeded in negotiating national TV distribution for new series, negotiating NFL and NHL players’ brand endorsements, and earning the account as a distributor of Walmart, the world’s largest retailer.

Having such an early head start, his experiences have allowed Eric to take on many roles. He has played diverse functions, including executive producer, director, media buyer, producer, writer, and network voice. Aside from print and mainstream media, Eric has made a reputation in the digital marketing space. He is an accomplished digital marketer, of which he received certificates from Google, Hubspot, and other institutions, where he delivered astonishing single client growth results of over $50 million per year for Hostuit, an ecommerce start-up. 

What sets Eric and his company apart from the pool of competition is that he treats each one of his clients with laser-focused attention. This comes from an understanding that every brand has different needs. To do this, Eric spends time getting to know the brand, its core values, its market, and even its weak spot. This strategy allows The Micc Group to meet the goals that the brand wants to achieve in its target market.

Eric knows that the success of the brands he is working with will eventually become his own. As he is building their brand image and reputation to their consumers, Eric is also building himself. This mentality has allowed him to grow from each circumstance.

With his unique blend of experience and expertise, Eric continues to deliver world-class results for big corporations as well as Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB).
