Conventional wedding venues give parties the option to tailor every last detail to their wishes. While this certainly seems romantic and can give you a wedding reception you’ll never forget, it also adds a great deal of stress to the process. You would have to get all of the right place settings and make layout choices yourself.

All-inclusive venues are drastically different in that respect. They only ever allow you to make relatively slight adjustments to set offerings that you pick off of a menu. While this might sound limiting at first, it’s actually a great way to save money. Since they offer a standard wedding package to everyone who decides to hold their event at their venue, they can charge much less by offering a single bundled deal.

Chapels or some other sort of venue for the ceremony usually come with the package, as well as specialized lighting and a dance floor. Usually, the only things you have to provide are the decorations, a photographer, and a disc jockey for the reception. If you pick out someone who happened to work with said venue before, then you could potentially reduce the cost of hiring them while also helping ensure that you have people who understand the ups and downs of working there.

Some venues offer all-inclusive wedding venues in major urban areas. Holding a wedding in a big city can be extremely stressful since you’d have to deal with traffic and congestion as well as the normal issues related to planning an event. By going with one of these options, you can cut back on stress while still having a dream wedding in a place that’s convenient for all of your guests to get to.

Getting a venue that’s sized for your wedding is easier this way than it would be if you were trying to make all of the decisions yourself. That’s because an inclusive wedding location will tell you upfront how many people can fit in it. All you have to do is find the right spot and the planners there take care of the rest.

In fact, many of these all-inclusive arrangements also include catering, offering convenient options for your event’s meal service. They’ll typically offer you a series of different menus in order to suit various tastes. For instance, you can select a plated or buffet-style service depending on the type of reception you’re having. Each of these inclusive locations offers its own staff to manage food preparation, so you won’t even have to worry about finding the right chef.

Table and chair rentals are often included in the per-person pricing, making it easier to meet the needs of your guest list. Some venues may also offer an open bar option with per-person or hourly fees, simplifying the logistics for you and your guests. With many details managed by the venue, you can focus on enjoying the event rather than handling every arrangement yourself.
