As a successful and visionary entrepreneur, GiGi Diaz understands fully well how demanding running a business can be. Many of the skills taught at Seizing Happy ™ are patterned from the real-life needs that Diaz observed and experienced when she was just starting out, in addition to extensive training she has received as a coach. Through online courses and workshops, the organization teaches on topics like mindset, mastering productivity, the truth behind manifesting, business growth, branding and social media growth, along with masterminds. Diaz and her team are also currently taking registrations for the BETA launch of their virtual mindset coaching program.
“Where I differ from other life coaches is that I was an entrepreneur for over a decade before becoming a mindset coach and acquiring the tools and knowledge I now share with my clients. So that extra experience gives me a deeper understanding of my clients. It also allows me to partner with them, not just as their mindset coach, but also on the business side in areas such as branding, social media growth, media exposure, and more,” the Seizing Happy™ CEO explains.
While Seizing Happy™ is open to coaching men individually, and in groups, Diaz is inclined to focus more on the needs of today’s modern-day woman. Mostly, women tend to prioritize everything else around them except themselves. This is very true for women who are mothers with children to look after, a household to manage, and marriage to nurture. Diaz teaches women to also look after their overall well-being, convinced that women could serve their families and businesses better when they are happy and at peace.
Interestingly, Diaz was only 17 years old when she first opened her business, a dance studio named GiGi’s Academy. She opened it fresh out of her high school graduation. She is proud to say that the studio is still open today and has been named one of the top 3 dance studios in her city. While growing her first business, she also established a career in television and radio. At present, Diaz is an on-air personality for iHeartRadio in multiple markets across the United States. She is also the executive producer and host of the podcast Chats with GiGi, where Jay Leno, Dan Harris, and Chrissy Metz have been among her featured guests. Diaz has a BA in Sociology and Anthropology and a Masters degree in Global Strategic Communications.
