Oleg Torbosov Helping Others Thrive in the Real Estate Business

In a world of new ventures and passive income generators, real estate remains one of the most rewarding forms of investment. But starting in real estate isn’t as easy as one, two, three. If it were, the world would have more real estate professionals. Still, that doesn’t stop successful practitioners like Oleg Torbosov from doing what they can to guide many others through the investment process.

Oleg, the owner and founder of the property empire Whitewill Luxury Moscow Real Estate, is a world-class real estate professional and entrepreneur who specializes in premium and business class apartments and exclusive properties and upscale complexes. In 2020 alone, this outstanding venture’s volume of transactions amounted to a whopping 21 billion Rubles— which converts to around $300 million. His company currently has locations and operations in key cities, including Moscow, London, and Dubai.

But what has recently been taking up Torbosov’s time and attention has been his programs to help people become top-tier real estate entrepreneurs. The property and entrepreneurship expert personally developed materials used in the programs and oversees most of its lessons.

The real estate entrepreneur created the project with the intent of helping others grow their wealth and gain control of their futures through the power of real estate. From day one, he envisioned an easy-to-digest and straightforward program that would help people become master brokers for new buildings in the center of Moscow. “When writing the program, I took all the areas that Whitewill brokers come into contact with daily when selling apartments and put them into one large learning block,” shares Oleg Torbosov. As a result, Oleg’s program has three modules, each including nine to eleven lectures.

Most importantly to Oleg and the Whitewill Luxury Moscow culture is a love and passion for the craft. Without it, even the most profitable ventures will leave people feeling empty and void. With money comes responsibility,” explains the real estate entrepreneur. “A lot of money is a new level of problems that you don’t even know about, earning 150, 200, or 300 thousand rubles. I can see this in our clients who buy real estate. Big money doesn’t always bring happiness.” But what passion and wealth bring together for people is an opportunity to live life fully. 

On top of being a successful real estate professional and entrepreneur, Oleg is also an avid writer. He has authored two books. The first is entitled, The Way of One Oleg, a title he describes as “a true business romance with the adventures and history of creating my first business.” The young entrepreneur’s second book, The Way of One Agency, talks about the luxury real estate world and how Whitewill, his real estate agency, came to be. In addition, the book dives deep into real estate entrepreneurship and talks about Oleg and his company’s competitors and developments.

Torbosov hopes his company, programs, and books will inspire others to believe in their own capacities and work towards fulfilling their deepest ambitions and dreams.
