The Talent Firm Inc. is a brand management firm whose specialty is matching talent (Athletes, Recording Artists, Actors, DJs, Influencers etc…) with big brands like Gap, Admiral Apparel, Bic, ESG, 2K or PIM Brands just to name a few. The CEO and Founder Wajid Shakez Jemmott is the driving force behind the company’s NIL (Name, Image & Likeness) interest in their signed talent. Helping his talent secure licensing deals with big brands while fully negotiating and protecting their NIL in the process. Generation wealth is the conversation when you talk with “Shakez” about his clients, nothing else. Working with the Remaster platform, it’s a matchup that benefits all of his clients. Eliminating all of the red tape from managers, agents and lawyers, The Talent Firm Inc. is definitely a disrupter in the NIL industry. With signed talent such as actor Nakia Dillard, recording artist Bianca Bonnie, Super Bowl 48 Champion Walter Thurmond III (Seattle Seahawks), DJ JQue (Houston’s 97.9 The Box) and Roy Foreman, it’s safe to say that the company is extremely diverse. Currently, TTF is helping to build Elite Sports Gaming (ESG) video games by pairing football players, recording artists, actors, DJs and dancers to be integrated as characters in an upcoming release for XBOX, PLAYSTATION & PC in the fall of this year. Prepare for a significant impact in the NIL world from @thetalentfirminc as they innovate and build generational wealth, one client at a time.

Introducing The Committed & Driven Actress “Taysha Brinson”

“A force not to be reckoned with” is how I would describe Taysha Brinson in the world of acting and entertainment. In the beginning of making the bold decision to become an actress Ms. Brinson received the full support of her family backing her choice. Growing up, Taysha’s favorite actresses were Angela Bassett, Viola Davis & Zoe Saldana, whose works speak for themselves. Angela & Viola gave Taysha inspiration as she watched them be fully committed and embody each role; she hopes one day to have her characters tell stories as these 3 powerful actresses did across silver screens. Taysha admits that acting is therapeutic and is also a stress relieving outlet to let loose in her characters while escaping from reality momentarily. Which means it’s deeper than just acting for her. She is committed to each role and the process of becoming different characters thus loving & knowing she’s in her element. Her first memorable character “Larez” was played in the film “Her little secret”. Larez struggled with forgiveness but Taysha was able to utilize the role for her real life experiences. It became a life lesson on how to forgive plus let go of thoughts that were causing her stress. “Her little secret” is streaming on Prime Video, Mansa.com & TUBI. Here’s her IMDb profile for a glimpse into her acting portfolio thus far.

At the start of her career being a well connected networker with great energy is what kept doors opening with opportunities for Taysha. What also helped her was getting guided advice from friends who are in the industry of acting and entertainment as well. Her dream is to co-star in a blockbuster with Denzel Washington. Her dream role is to play a character who is sick with cancer, preferably one who is losing their hair and lots of weight. This will show how deeply she can strip & bury herself into a character, not to mention experiencing some of what her family members went through in real life. Taysha’s favorite films are ‘Colombiana,” “What Happened to Monday,” “Love & Basketball,” “Fractured,” “Fatal Attraction,” “John Q,” and “I am Sam”. Her favorite Netflix series is “From Scratch”.

Besides being in front of the camera, she wants to venture into every position of being a filmmaker. From writing, directing, producing, cinematography, assistant directing, sound, grip and everything involving filmmaking. Shakez asked Taysha if she won an Oscar or an Emmy who would she thank and why? She said she would thank the director, casting director, acting coaches and all of her true supporters who followed her career in acting. When asked about the influence of social media on an actor’s career she said it showcases the work they’ve done as well as giving a glimpse into who they really are as ordinary people. It also gives the ability to show as little or as much as you want people to know about you.

With acting being her dream career, she would encourage her daughter to follow in her footsteps but understand she may have different aspirations. She senses her daughter has the ability to be an actress, singer or dancer and would support any path she decides to go down, no matter the career choice. Her advice to someone aspiring to be an actor is to believe in yourself when no one else does. Fully engulf yourself in the craft and study to be the best at it. When life-changing opportunities present themselves, continue to work hard even if you get the role. Don’t be complacent because everyone is replaceable, and let your work speak for Itself. Don’t be cocky; remain humble, personable and never give up. Hollywood, get ready because Taysha Brinson is coming to make her mark unapologetically!

Who Is The Artist “Realionaire Ra”?

As a 10 year old Realionaire Ra admired Michael Jackson so much he made his mother purchase the “Off The Wall” album and he would listen to it in his walkman before bedtime. What sparked the music bug for Realionaire Ra later on was doing cover songs with his mother. Singing hits such as “My Boo” by Usher and Alicia Keys which was one of his favorite songs back then. He felt the world was ready to hear him as an artist around the age of 23 when he wrote his first song. Combining his real-life experiences is his point of origin and the formula for writing his songs.

When it comes to artistic comparisons, he compares his artistry to that of Jay Critch. He eventually wants to collaborate with Jay Critch & other artists such as “A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie,” plus his upcoming feature with the female artist “Cryssy Bandz”. In the near future Ra would like to work with legendary producers such as Pharrell, Kanye West & current producer Cash Cobain who’s making his mark on the industry right now. It’s his dream to perform at Madison Square Garden at his own sold-out concert. Fast forward 10 years. Realionaire Ra pictures himself as well-established in the recording industry and venturing into different successful corporate structures. Check out some of his music and videos in his Linktree profile.

Besides being an artist, Realionaire Ra wants to be an actor. He’s already scheduled to take acting classes from acting coach Nakia Dillard from Aikan Acts (Wonder Years, BMF, Black Lightning & HBO’s Wire). He also wants to learn everything about the fashion industry, from designing one & putting it out to market. When asked what he wants his fans to get from listening to his music, his response was straight forward. He wants them to be confident but not show off and also be tough when necessary while being cool, calm and collected. His advice to upcoming artists is to focus on your craft and stay driven. Be prepared to hear and see a lot from Realionaire Ra because he’s next up in the world of music and entertainment!
