Large Number of Participants Simultaneously

Connecting a few participants is often not a problem, but organizing a more or less mass event, such as a company meeting or an online group lesson, always requires checking the existing limits.

Calls to Unauthorized Users

The number of users who can connect to the calling service in Gem Space significantly increased after the developers added the ability to connect unauthorized users to calls and conferences. To call an unregistered user or connect them to a group call, you need to send them an invitation link. The user must activate the link in a browser, and after that, they can join the call on any device — phone, tablet, or computer.

If it’s a call between two users, the unregistered participant can call back the initiator if they are unable to answer immediately.

Unlimited Call Duration

There are no duration limits for calls in Gem Space. This is convenient for business and work meetings, online classes, and other events. Often, online meetings last more than an hour, while some services offer free connections significantly shorter, for example, 40 minutes. In the superapp, users won’t need to watch the time during the meeting, allowing them to focus entirely on its content.

The main feature and advantage of calls in Gem Space is their versatility. They are suitable for a wide range of users, even those who have not installed the app. The absence of time limits and the entirely free connection allow for the organization of various online meetings — work conferences, interviews, online school classes, client consultations, or simply chatting with friends and family. Communication is key, and communication tools should only facilitate it, not create additional complications.
