The music industry is currently overflowing with exemplary collaborations from popular artists to give music fans something new every now and then. A song collaboration is one of the ways artists can show fans that they are united in the effort to send meaningful messages out in the world, especially during challenging times like what we are experiencing now. Up-and-coming hip-hop and Latin music artist Arthur Sanchez is following the same path as he works to offer new songs to the world before the end of the year.
Arthur Sanchez, born Arturo Macias Sanchez, is currently working closely with other well-known artists based in Colombia, Slovakia, Toronto, and New Jersey. Each artist’s diverse musical background is bound to contribute a new depth and style to the songs that he is producing. This is a bold step that the young artist is taking to achieve his dream of building his own music production and recording empire. He not only intends to promote his own creations, but he also plans to help struggling new artists.
The musical journey of Sanchez started when he was quite young. He felt happy and excited every time he listened to music at just four years old. As he was growing up, his singing and songwriting skills also developed dramatically. At the age of 12, he saved up his earnings diligently from his weekend jobs so he could pay for a recording slot at UGMX Studios in San Jose, California. Eventually, he was able to save enough to do his first recording in a professional studio for this original song, “I’ve Been Watching You.”
His determination to start a music career has always been admirable. In 2013, however, the young Sanchez was forced to take a break after his grandfather passed away. What should have been a good start for his career was postponed as he had to take a much-needed hiatus so he could deal with his loss. While his grief was pulling him back, he did not allow it to rob him of his dream to one day become a recognized recording artist. He used it instead to motivate him further.
After taking a break for quite some time, Sanchez rejoined the industry in 2018 by dropping his previous LilAmMusic screen name. He returned as Arthur Sanchez—a matured, confident, and dedicated adult with a new look and music style. His comeback proved to be timely as music fans became curious after hearing his singles that include “Main One” and “Me Compre Un Full (Remix).”
Sanchez recognizes that he still has a long way to go before he can establish his own recording studio to help new artists, but he believes that everything he is doing now is bringing him closer to the realization of that dream. He understands that patience is a necessary attribute in the music industry. It may still take quite some time, but who knows when he will finally hit a record-breaking single? It can be sooner than expected or at a time that he himself anticipates.
What is important for Sanchez at this point is all that he is learning by going through the process of doing collaborations, building his network, and creating new songs.
