Serial Entrepreneur Ronnie Cropper Relaunches Disputedoc as CreditDash with Digital Innovation in Mind

The American credit system is a powerful tool that can be leveraged by those who know its ins and outs. However, there is a massive knowledge gap when it comes to the general American population. Most people have struggled with understanding and improving their credit scores, leading them to spiral into unfavorable financial decisions. Fortunately, visionary entrepreneur and credit expert Ronnie Cropper established Credit Dash to solve everyone’s credit woes.

Born in Southern California, Ronnie Cropper learned entrepreneurship by working with his father. As a young boy, he was never interested in going to school, so he forged his own path to success. He opened up his first business at 16 years old and was only interested in playing basketball on a collegiate level. After running several successful businesses, Ronnie ventured into Fintech and tackled the issue of improving consumer credit scores after a firsthand experience in the many prevalent issues of the credit industry.

After investing in the real estate market in 2007 and 2008, Ronnie Cropper suffered several credit challenges when the market crashed during the global financial crisis. After losing a few properties and going through financial troubles himself, Ronnie decided to look for a solution to assist with credit repair. However, like many emerging industries, bad actors will always find a way to take advantage of well-meaning customers.

“I lost thousands of dollars on fraudulent credit repair specialists. It was when a friend helped me actually do it the right way. That’s when I realized there was a need in the credit repair space, but I wanted to make it affordable for everyone while using technology,” explained Ronnie Cropper. Thus, Disputedoc was born in 2017, the world’s first automated platform that helps consumers with their credit disputes.

Over the years, the company has successfully disputed over one million items, helping clients elevate their financial positions and obtain their desired credit scores. Ronnie relaunched the company as CreditDash with the mission of making it widely accessible through a mobile app that continues the journey of assisting Americans who struggle with their credit scores.

“Financial literacy is one thing that is overlooked in middle to lower-income communities, and we want to make it easier to understand and more accessible to everyone by way of our platform,” shared Ronnie Cropper. Operating in both the B2B and B2C customer segments, Credit Dash has managed to bring high-quality services to multiple clients.

On the B2B level, Credit Dash has assisted aspiring entrepreneurs in starting and growing their businesses by helping consumers improve their creditworthiness. Through the renowned Credit Dash platform, credit repair businesses have gained a reliable platform solution to provide to their many beloved customers.

Meanwhile, on the B2C side, Credit Dash provides high-quality services for consumers looking to improve their creditworthiness, whether they want to purchase a home, car, or any other financial decision.

When asked what motivated him to establish his brand, Ronnie Cropper attributed his motivation to his passion for helping others. “Understanding the difficulties with credit challenges that many consumers face. It was important to me for others to understand their credit, improve their creditworthiness and ultimately be able to improve the quality of human lives,” he said.
