Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and a minor in Real Estate from California State University, Los Angeles. He is a multiple certified professional, owing to his membership and satisfaction with numerous professional and field requirements. His certification includes Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS®) from the NAR, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®) from the CCIM® Institute, Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM, and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) from the NAR, among several others. In addition to his impressive list of certifications, Steve, in his commitment to advancing his career, enrolled at the Capital University School of Law in 2021. This, according to him, will enable him to expand his services to include offering legal help and consultation to his Real Estate clients.
While he continues to provide his clients with exceptional services, Steve is working on completing his legal education at Capital University School of Law by 2024 to practice as a Real Estate lawyer. He also hopes to establish numerous developments across Southern California while occupying the position of the go-to guy in the Southern California Real Estate scene.
As part of his contribution to the industry, Steve serves as a board member at his alma mater California State University, Fullerton Center for Real Estate where he has connected with and inspired many students interested in Real Estate to pursue their passion. Before his tenure with the center, he served as the President of the Real Estate Association while he was an enrolled student.
