In October 2017, Daniel Kivo joined the executive team at Ace Parking, a California-based company providing parking and mobility solutions to all where he works till present. With his organizational skills and human relationship expertise, he established recruitment goals and managed team deliverables to ensure objectives were consistently met or exceeded. Charged with recruitment for the Los Angeles and Orange County division of the company, he developed the Talent Acquisition model, including processing I9s and background checks to ensure the successful execution of the company’s recruitment strategy and provide leadership and oversight to align technical and non-technical positions with the organization’s business strategy and workforce plans.
