RBA Fitness Encouraging a Lifestyle of Fitness and Health Consciousness

For a dream that has existed for years and came to life only about a year ago, Luis Escarret has done so much with his fitness company, Rings Bars and Abs Fitness, also known as RBA Fitness. He has remained unperturbed by distractions and discouragement from numerous quarters.

The 25-year-old entrepreneur launched the business a year ago during the pandemic in his parents’ backyard with the sole goal of building a light fitness center. It grew beyond his imagination within a short time and attracted many like-minded people enthusiastic about fitness and health. RBA Fitness’s early success can be attributed to the many gyms that closed during the pandemic. So RBA Fitness stepped in to fill the gap in the fitness market as people needed somewhere small and safe to work out.

With the tagline “To Be Better Every Day and Win,” more people kept going to Luis’ parents’ backyard, which housed RBA Fitness, and it led to misunderstandings between him and his parents. “Fitness is something I always wanted to do; so, I was ready to weather the storm and fight for my budding business from the moment it kicked off,” Luis said. “I needed to make it successful, and over the last few months, that’s exactly what we have done with the growth the company has experienced,” he added.

With his parents’ backyard becoming too small for the fitness center, Luis started looking for another space for RBA Fitness. He got a gym space that took too long to finalize and nearly 50% of his clients walked away; but eventually, he got it done, and RBA Fitness got its own space and has continued to thrive ever c.

At the moment, RBA Fitness has partnered with some celebrities who are training at the center. The fitness center has also established a presence in Ridgefield Park and Little Ferry and built a community of fitness enthusiasts. RBA aims to capture people looking to change their lives from a physical and mental standpoint with its motto that says, “Take you outside your comfort zone.” Luis Escarret has established a practice that cares deeply about its customers, and it does so through its small classes and private training.

Luis personally believes that anyone who comes over to ask for his help in their fitness and health routine has a great deal of trust in his knowledge and expertise, and he must justify that trust by giving them the best that he has to offer. RBA Fitness offers everything from exercise routines to creating diet plans. “At RBA Fitness, everyone is treated like family because they actually are,” Luis declared.

Luis drew a lot of inspiration from well-respected entrepreneur and business coach Gary Vaynerchuk, who made numerous videos about confidence and passion in business. Drawing motivation from these videos, RBA came to life, and Luis has run with it through thick and thin. Luis also drew inspiration from entrepreneur and YouTuber Andy Frisella as well as his podcast, the MF CEO PODCAST.

For the next few years, Luis’s goal is to see RBA grow into a bigger fitness center, delivering more services to the community. He hopes to transform the fitness center into a high-end gym in New Jersey while establishing a reputation for having the best trainers who are professionals at teaching fitness and caring about people. Luis Escarret hopes to keep showing people the path to leading fit and healthy lives and intends to prove that part of being successful is taking care of one’s body by staying fit.
