Rozmina-Elena Marian, founder of New York’s premier Pilates studio in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, Banyan & Nomad, has just released her groundbreaking eight-week video series designed to redefine the way individuals approach fitness, stress management, and overall well-being, with the launch the “Banyan & Nomad Balance Program: A Series for Body & Mind Balance.” 

The series isn’t just another exercise regimen, but rather a pioneering progressive exercise program that links physical, sensory, and cognitive elements through a holistic approach to improving balance, transcending age, activity level, and lifestyle.

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete seeking to optimize performance, someone aiming to transition from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active one, or an aging adult concerned with balance and mobility, this program is tailored to meet your needs.

With two lessons per week to be practiced four times each week, the Balance Program is divided into Foundational and Advanced levels. The Foundational Series, comprising the first four weeks, lays the groundwork for enhanced strength, flexibility, and body awareness, while the Advanced, from weeks five through eight, challenges participants with progressively intensive workouts aimed at building a resilient body capable of navigating life’s challenges with ease.

Participants can choose between renting the first week’s lesson of the Foundational or Advanced Series for $25 each, which they will then get credited back upon committing to enroll in the complete program. They also have the option to buy the complete eight-week series for $640 or rent it for $560. Or they can buy either the Foundational or Advanced Series for $325 or rent it for $299.
