Kateryna Frumina, the creative mind behind the brand La Magnétique, emerged as one of the standout talents at the second edition of Florida Men’s Fashion Week, which took place on April 26–27, 2025, at the Hilton Miami Aventura. Known for her unique fusion of elegance, comfort, and individuality, Kateryna has built a brand centered on the concept of luxurious yet relaxed tailoring. Her handmade pajama-style suits—crafted with high-quality fabrics and precise cuts—achieve a balanced combination of effortless chic and personal expression, making them versatile enough for business meetings and evening events alike.

Her journey toward international recognition began in 2015 in Kyiv, where she introduced La Magnétique, a collection that garnered positive attention from local fashion enthusiasts. The collection was showcased at one of the city’s well-known restaurants, attracting the interest of Ukrainian celebrities such as Ramina Eskhakzai, Mykola Tyshchenko, and Alla Baranovska. This debut marked a significant moment in Kateryna’s career, bringing her work to a broader audience and securing her place as a notable emerging designer.

Not long after, she was invited to showcase her work at European Fashion Week (EFW) in Budapest, where she presented both men’s and women’s collections. Her designs were well-received by the jury, especially by Danilo Luigi Mercaldo—former marketing director of Alessandro Ashton, who had previously collaborated with brands like Fendi and Rocco Barocco. Kateryna was awarded recognition for her contribution to contemporary design after winning the competition.

Following her win, Kateryna had the opportunity to participate in a two-day internship in Italy, visiting major fashion production sites in Rimini and Milan, including Brashi Fur, Piero Moretti Pret-a-Porter, School Footwear Cercal, and Tomasini Bags. The Budapest jury also included respected experts such as Joanna Gawel, Dr. Jerzy Gawel, Liubov Rubenyan, Marcelo Motta, Adel Kovacs, and Judit Droppa.

In March 2025, Kateryna’s influence in the fashion world led her to join the jury of Paris Fashion Air, where she evaluated emerging designers from around the globe. In the following month, she participated in Florida Men’s Fashion Week 2025, where she took on a dual role—both as a jury member and as a runway designer. Her La Magnétique collection was met with positive feedback from both the audience and the media, further cementing her reputation as one of the more promising talents in contemporary fashion.

Throughout her career, Kateryna has skillfully balanced creativity with professionalism. Her expertise spans concept development, fashion show organization, premium tailoring, and establishing strong collaborations across the fashion and entertainment sectors. Today, she continues to evolve La Magnétique, designing collections that encourage men and women to express their individuality with confidence.

The second season of Florida Men’s Fashion Week featured 25 designers from various parts of the world, with shows held at the Hilton Miami Aventura. Over the course of two days, more than 2,000 guests attended, including over 150 models and more than 50 well-known Miami bloggers. A special press conference took place, with Martu voicing her support for the event. Now in its second edition, the project appears to be gaining momentum as a platform for international fashion innovation.
