You can make a combination of protein-rich foods and high-fiber foods so that you feel full even if you take fewer calories. To do so, all you need to do is have small portions of nuts, low-fat dairy, lean meat, beans, fish, or poultry as a part of your diet. 

Pay Attention to How Much Water You Drink
