Miracles start to happen when you give as much energy to your dreams as you do to your fears,” according to Richard Wilkins, a famous media personality. Many dreamers are all talk but no action. However, Carrie Drinkwine, a regenerative health practitioner & Success and freedom coach, proved that anyone could achieve remarkable success through hard work and dedication. Whether life or business, she didn’t give up in the face of adversity and overcame the most challenging circumstances with patience and optimism.

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from early childhood, Carrie had less than optimal parental support. Although Carrie believes all parents mean well and are doing their best, it’s undoubted that our core beliefs are developed in childhood. Recurring conflicts based on financial issues ingrained a scarcity mindset in her. She carried the weight of monetary instability with her for years to come. It was entirely challenging to navigate her studies. Then, early marriage, coupled with studies and motherhood, was an equally tough nut to crack.

To add further duress, during her 30s, Carrie was diagnosed with three auto-immune diseases and unexplained infertility, which she was unwilling to accept. She had a strong inkling that health issues, regardless of their severity, could be reversed and started on a journey of self-healing and exploration. After trying dozens of modalities, she found the solution in the regenerative health approach, the last stop.

To solve her financial concerns, she worked four jobs simultaneously: teaching yoga in the morning, giving one-on-one sessions to clients in the afternoon, waitressing in the evening, and then running a plant-based meal prep service with her husband.  Simultaneously, she thought of starting her own clinic offering regenerative health services. Leaving no stone unturned, Carrie joined health expos, spoke at wellness events, and distributed flyers at coffee shops to gain momentum.

After dealing with five miscarriages, she finally got the good news of her daughter; however, she was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. But Carrie didn’t believe it and tried countless tests to verify the doctors’ claim. Luckily, they confirmed that the disease was misdiagnosed – she had something with less severity. Her daughter is now a beautiful, vibrant, and healthy 4-year-old.

After her delivery, she had to resume her professional responsibilities to overcome the financial crisis due to hospital bills and an unexpected car engine breakdown. She couldn’t drag past seven months and had a severe nervous breakdown, which coerced her to rethink her life from a new perspective. Determined to create a better future, she started practicing reprogramming her nervous system, working on her mindset, and adding new regenerative modalities to her practice.

With continuous efforts, she started seeing some traction. She healed her emotional trauma and financial concerns by practicing regulating her nervous system, success principles, and regenerative health tactics. From then onwards, she made it her mission to become a world-class expert in holistic health methodology and teach others how to thrive on all levels.

Fast forward four years, Carrie completely transformed her life, earning 6 times more than before and working fewer hours. This financial freedom allowed her to open her own school. Carrie founded the Institute of Regenerative Health in 2022 to produce more regenerative experts and was recently featured in LA Weekly as one of the top 10 entrepreneurs of 2023. Her institute was mentioned as a pioneer in regenerative health methodology.

She inspires women stuck in unpleasant circumstances who hope for a better life. If you want to learn more about Carrie, follow her on Instagram and visit her website. To know more about certifications provided by her IORH institute, visit their official website for details.
