From Doctor to Copywriter: Frank Hamre Gets the Best of Both Worlds

It is true what most people say that some individuals are meant to be great in more than one thing in a lifetime. After all, life is too short to just be great in a single thing. People can wear many hats, and they can excel in several things, most especially if they are really passionate about them. Such is the case with Dr. Frank Hamre, a thriving physician who is also a passionate mental health copywriter and ghostwriter within the health sector.

Despite the high demands of both professions, he has managed to balance his time effectively between his medical practice and writing. He is showing everyone that it is highly possible to pursue two great passions in life and be equally accomplished in both. Dr. Frank Hamre was born and raised in Madrid, Spain, in 1993 with a Spanish and Norwegian heritage. Growing up, he was able to spend a lot of time in both Spain and Norway, but it was in the former where he pursued his degree in Medicine and established his practice after finishing his course from Complutense University in 2017.

The young physician has always been drawn to the works of Agatha Christie, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Leo Tolstoy, and Haruki Murakami. Over the years, he would continue to love writing and ended up winning several literary awards. In 2020, he decided to take a leap of faith and wrote his first book, which was released in February 2021 on Amazon. Dr. Frank Hamre’s fascination for crime novels and thrillers inspired him to write his own crime fiction: Sunset at LAX and Tokyo Blues

Sunset at LAX revolves around law enforcer Damon Lattimore’s attempt to solve the brutal murder of a surgeon. In order to do so, however, he would have to leverage his inner demons in order to face his toughest opponent. The story introduces the character of Finnish professional hockey player Mikael Haikkanen, who is still searching for his first title. As to how the lives of these two characters intertwine is something that crime and thriller fans would have to discover by reading the book.

Tokyo Blues, on the other hand, is the sequel to Damon Lattimore’s adventures and misadventures as a detective. This time around, the main character finds himself in the heart of Tokyo investigating the murder of Travis Harrison, America’s Olympic pride, after having been found lifeless in a high-end hotel in Shibuya. Lattimore engages in a series of conflicts as he attempts to unravel the mystery behind Harrison’s death.

By nature, Dr. Frank Hamre is naturally a creative person who is always looking for ways to express himself through his writing. He uses this inner creativity to fuel his drive to grow, expand, create realities, and inspire other people to make time to pursue their passions no matter how busy their lives may get.

Dr. Frank Hamre knows he still has a long way to go before he is recognized as a respectable writer in the industry, but he is determined to be a successful published book author. He also wants to continue to leave his mark in the industry as a serious copywriter for major brands in the lifestyle, fashion, and mindset realms. As he continues to press onwards, he hopes that his story will also motivate others to keep pressing forward until they achieve their desired success. Learn more about Frank Hamre by visiting his website.
