Designer Helen Yarmak has recently unveiled her latest Feather Collection, which is replete with designs that are not only fun and whimsical but also outrageously chic. Ever since she was honored with the title of Best International Designer of the Year in 2002 at New York Fashion Week, Yarmak has been at the forefront of numerous successful production launches. Yarmak, who calls New York City home, spotlights a line of glamorous feather capelets, cocoons, and jackets.
