It’s no secret that one’s mindset plays a pivotal role in personal success. While many understand that, not many have the available accountability systems to improve their habits and lifestyle through belief altering. Entrepreneur and achiever Nestor Castro looks to give that accountability structure to those who want to experience and achieve more in life.
Nestor is a dropshipping entrepreneur, author, and credit repair expert whose mission is to help people build the right resources and belief systems to get ahead in life. He has practiced a strict regimen that has helped him grow healthier in all aspects of his life. His resume includes graduating from Queens College, serving the country as an army man, finishing the New York City marathon, and building a thriving business in e-commerce and dropshipping.
But more importantly, Nestor Castro does not like to keep his best secrets in confidence. Instead, he loves sharing his knowledge with others and giving them all the tips, practices, and ideas needed to build their life successes and reach their goals.
“I am a hunter of human excellence,” explains Nestor. “I seek out those individuals who are coachable and ready to break the norms and demonstrate to all of us what’s possible. My passion is helping people create real breakthroughs in their relationships, emotions, health, careers, and finances.”
Nestor became an influential figure after recreating his identity and associating the word “grittiness” with everything he does. So today, when people talk about building grit and a hard-working culture in the New York area and beyond, many of them will quickly think of Nestor Castro. After serving four years overseas to fight for freedom, he served as a police officer for seven years.
Later, Nestor discovered digital entrepreneurship and learned about dropshipping. From there, he started creating his empire and built his income to six figures—enough to retire from the force and give his life to those who want time and financial freedom for themselves and their families.
Nestor shares how many of his struggles early on stemmed from a lot of self-doubts. He had many limiting beliefs that caused him to discount himself and shoot ideas down before they could even take flight. But when he overcame that, he dived into business and started learning all he could about creating business systems that run with little to no supervision. Finally, after a lot of trial and error, the business started growing. He started shifting to more of a leadership role and outsourced much of his business operations to have more time to focus on the next phase of his life.
Now, that next phase is here—mentorship. And Nestor hopes to answer it with a sense of passion and excitement. He currently runs a group called Dropship Tribe, a closed-door group of people he coaches and monitors as he teaches them how to create a dropshipping business. He has also written the book Grittiness: What it Takes to Excel in Business and Life, which is now available on Amazon.
